  • Isabelle DEPARDIEU holds a Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat (Higher Diploma in Notarial Practice), which she obtained in 2008. In 2009, she specialized in patrimonial law by enrolling in a Master II in Private Heritage Law and Management.

    She has been practicing in Paris since 2010, where she has acquired specific skills in both family law (early transmission of private and professional heritage, donation, donation-sharing, succession, divorce, amicable or judicial division) and real estate law (sale, real estate development, bulk sale).

    In 2018, she founded the notarial office DFC Notaires, Depardieu Famille et Conseils, in order to offer her clients services that are increasingly tailored to their needs.

    Since 2021, Maître Isabelle DEPARDIEU has been registered on the list of expert notaries with the Paris Judicial Court, and acts in liaison with the Judge in the context of judicial divisions and contentious divorces.

  • Notary in charge of the estate department

    Héloïse Guénier joined DFC Notaires in 2018.

    After graduating with a Master 2 in Notarial Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne, Héloïse Guénier successfully obtained the Diplôme Supérieur du Notariat.

    She leads the family law and wealth management division with passion and excellence.

    Beyond her technical expertise, Héloïse Guénier firmly believes that each situation deserves a personalized approach, and she fully commits to understanding the unique needs of her clients.

    Her skills and knowledge, combined with her availability and ability to listen, make her an accomplished professional who is involved in every important stage of her customers' lives and family projects.

  • Tax accountant

    Esthel ARNOULT holds a BTS in accounting and a CQP in accounting and tax.

    She joins DFC Notaires in 2019 after having worked in a Parisian law firm for over ten years.

    His professionalism and in-depth knowledge of notarial accounting are major assets in combining accuracy and security for your financial transactions.

  • Lawyer dedicated to international customers

    Caroline MEIRE joined the study in 2023.

    Master I in Private Law from Toulouse University and LL.M in International Private Law from Queen Mary University, London (UK)

    In parallel with her work at the Office, she is continuing her studies to deepen her knowledge.

    She has worked in a Monegasque law firm specializing in international private law, and is fluently bilingual in English.

    Alongside Maître Isabelle DEPARDIEU, she manages international files and is also part of the Notary Office's real estate law department.

  • Associate in charge of the Real Estate and Financing Law Department

    A graduate of the Ecole de Notariat de RENNES, she joined DFC Notaires in 2018 after more than 25 years' experience in real estate law for private individuals and professionals.

    With rigor and responsiveness, she directs the real estate law department within the Office, where she also develops a dedicated service for real estate appraisal and negotiation.

    Available and attentive, she accompanies her clients in all their projects of sale, acquisition, and financing, but also in the implementation of strategies adapted to the management of real estate assets (condominiumization, creation of SCI, urban planning...).

    Her human and advisory qualities enable her to develop a privileged relationship with customers.

  • Lawyer in the Asset Transfer and Management Department

    Léna Xémard joined the study in 2023.

    She holds a Master I in Property Law from the Université Paris Dauphine PSL, and is continuing her studies to become a notary specialized in property engineering.
